Thanksgiving Weekend 2020

Grateful everyday for family and the love of those around me. I had a wonderful weekend of celebration of health, happiness, and many family milestones. Among them are:

my nephew, Maverick’s, 1st birthday

my grandpa’s, Opa Frank’s 83rd birthday
-
my parent’s, Laura & Frank’s, 31st anniversary
-
my grandparent’s, Barbara & Frank, 56 anniversary
-
my close family friend, Terry’s 63rd birthday
-
and obviously another year of delicious turkey dinners with close family.
Even if we were unable to celebrate in our normal capacity, it has been a blessing to gather with limited family, eat delicious home cooked meals, and celebrate some of life’s most cherished accomplishments. So cheers to an amazing holiday season and many more milestones🍾🥂🦃🥧✨
BLM March Across the GG Bridge

An absolutely legendary show of support for the Black Lives Matter protests in San Francisco as thousands of San Franciscans took over the Golden Gate Bridge. After months of being inside during the shelter-in-place orders for the Coronavirus, it was an incredible sight to see so many people show up for a very powerful cause.

After years of watching him on television, playing his video games, and buying his skateboards, I finally had the opportunity to see (and almost meet) Tony Hawk in person while at the Wonderfront Music Festival in San Diego -- a festival which is actual sponsored by Tony Hawk himself. It was pretty amazing to see some of my childhood favorites such as Tony, Bucky Lasek, and Bob Burnquist. This all-star squad of professional skaters and iconic punk bands set the stage for a legendary show that I will never forget.

My friend Sammy and I stopped by Joshua Tree's Cholla Cactus Garden on our way to Pheonix. It was my first time visiting Joshua Tree (and Palm Springs) and it was just as amazing as I had always imagined it to be.
MOODY MARIN HEADLANDS

After nearly a week of being sick with the stomach flu, I finally got the chance to get out of the house and get some much needed fresh air / exercise. Some friends and I decided to hike around the Marin Headlands and take some photos during the sunset. To our luck, it was a perfect evening in the Bay. A pleasant 75 degrees, no wind, and beautiful pinkish clouds made for an unforgettable sunset hike. Just what I needed.
